Yorkshire and the Humber

Dependency and recovery service for people on probation (Yorkshire)

Service delivered in the community
Bridging the gaps between probation and substance misuse services, improving outcomes for people on probation

Who we help

Our dependency and recovery service in Yorkshire supports men who are on probation, of all complexity levels.

How we help

This service bridges the gap between probation and substance misuse services. We do this by motivating and supporting people on probation who are struggling to engage or may have disengaged. We also support people who are waiting to access treatment or don’t meet the criteria to access other services. Our team of multi-skilled Recovery Navigators will work alongside expert supply chain partners, including prison link workers, to deliver a seamless service addressing every client’s needs. Services include tailored interventions for people on probation (POPs); motivational support and access to recovery for POPs; training and support for probation; and partnership and engagement with local stakeholders.
