Gender and ethnicity pay reporting
Since 2017, organisations with 250 or more employees have been required to publish figures about their gender pay gap. Read our statement about the difference between the average earnings of men and women employed at Forward Trust in 2019-20. Since 2020, we have also chosen to share our ethnicity pay gap.
