The Forward Trust's Brent Green Skills Employment Pathway is a unique, free programme helping Brent residents find rewarding careers in the sustainability sector.

Who is it for?

You can take part in this programme if you:

Are aged 18 years or older; and
Are unemployed; and
Live in the London Borough of Brent (and are eligible to live and work in the UK)

How we help

Our free 6-week pathway into the green sector includes:

Level 2 qualifications in climate change and environmental awareness
Careers advice on the exciting world of green skills and relevant job opportunities
Work experience, work tasters, and networking opportunities with employers
Guaranteed green job or apprenticeship interviews with employers
Tailored job and apprenticeship search support and intensive coaching
Mentoring to help you stay in work
