Nina Royle
Head of Quality and Compliance
Nina joined the Forward Trust as Quality Manager in 2019. She has since progressed to become Head of Quality and Compliance, leading a team to safeguard ESFA contracts and quality assure the learning programmes to successfully achieve Ofsted Grade “Good” in 2023.
Nina has a special interest in supporting participants with Additional Learning Needs and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the FT Employment Services division.
