Khayam is a certified SCRUM Master, SC-cleared, senior programme/test/change manager with over 17 years in the IT industry, the last 12 of which have been in senior programme/test management. Khayam has developed his interpersonal, leadership, management and technical skills through a range of global business and technical assignments. Khayam has extensive experience in programme and test management of large and complex IT projects, and managing diverse project teams distributed across geographies and business sectors for both the public and private sectors. Khayam has had huge success in transforming and sustaining process and cultural change within and across organisations and defining, implementing and managing manual and automated test strategies.
