Katie has spent more than 20 years’ working as a senior executive in the private, public and voluntary sectors. Prior to being Global Head of Culture at the LEGO Group, Katie spent seven years at the top of the BBC as Development Director, sitting on the board of BBC News and Current Affairs. Before joining the BBC, she spent nine years as Deputy CEO and Creative Media Director of Media Trust. Katie specialises in a number of areas including building inclusive, purpose driven cultures, leadership development and creative social impact campaigns. In addition to her role as a trustee for the Forward Trust, Katie is a board member of The Arsenal Foundation.
