Ilo Edwin
Head of Custodial Services
Ilo Edwin (popularly known as ‘Edwin’) joined the organisation in 2005 as a practitioner and has worked in a range of different roles. This has enabled him to gain wide-ranging experience, especially in the custodial environment. He has successfully led teams in a variety of positions, including Team Leader, Service Manager and Regional Manager, before becoming Head of Custodial Services.
Empowering service users has always been his passion and long-term goal and in his new role, he relishes utilising skills and qualities he developed through his therapeutic training to engage and enable Forward colleagues.
