Helen Greenard

Director of Service Improvement

Helen joined the organisation in 2013 as a Business Development Manager and has since moved into the role of Head of Research, Data & Performance. Helen is responsible for the organisations research & data strategy generating insight into the needs of our service users, working across the organisation to identify and implement innovative ideas with a focus on how we can evidence the effectiveness of what we do and the impact it has. She has lead on key organisational projects including Forwards digital strategy and the commissioning of a new Case Management System. Prior to joining Forward Helen held a variety of roles including a Probation manager leading a resettlement project in HMP Manchester, commissioner of substance misuse services for a local authority and she has also worked as a senior drug and alcohol practitioner in a community setting.
