Hayley Burton

Hayley’s journey at The Forward Trust started in 2010, following a period of working within the Prison Service and before that working within an American healthcare data company.

Hayley’s career within The Forward Trust started as a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner at HMP Elmley, before moving on to be the Data Manager for Kent and Surrey Prisons. 

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare data, Hayley now leads the Data and Performance Team, which has the responsibility of overseeing access to crucial data across all services, ensuring a bespoke and responsive approach to client needs. These services span prisons, community, residential rehabs, housing, probation, and recovery support.  This meticulous oversight extends to reporting our performance transparently to stakeholders and the Department of Health and Social Care. Simultaneously, Hayley managed the development, implementation, and seamless migration of our case management system—an instrumental initiative that substantially elevates our service capabilities.
