Caroline Thatcher
Director of Human Resources
As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and in possession of a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management, Caroline has the blended experience of Operations and Human Resources within the addictions field. Having previously managed at HMP Wandsworth and HMYOI Feltham, she made the transition from operations into HR in 2014 and progressed to the Head of Human Resources.
Caroline reports into the COO and is responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategy and supports the Executive Team. She oversees a team large team of Business Partners, Advisors, Recruiters, ER and Payroll Specialist who proudly ensure that the full life-cycle of employees is delivered with care and respect.
