Amelia Fitzalan Howard

Amelia started her working life in the art world at Christie’s. After ten years she moved to the voluntary sector where she worked for twenty-six years initially at School-Home Support, which supports children and young people to make the most of their educational opportunities. She then worked for two grant making foundations (The Henry Smith Charity and The Rayne Foundation), funding across a wide range of issues. Collaboration across various sectors, governance and compliance, and a strong understanding of the needs of diverse communities and organisations has been the theme throughout. Amelia is currently a Trustee/Director of a number of organisations, and is a Magistrate in the Adult Court.
