The Forward Trust Benefits from Royal Charity Polo Cup Fundraiser

This annual event, now in its fourteenth year, is a vibrant blend of world-class polo and a shared commitment to making a difference.
This year’s Cup proved to be another resounding success, raising £1,100,000 for ten charitable organisations personally supported by Their Royal Highnesses. Since its inception, the Royal Charity Polo Days have collectively generated over £14 million in the UK alone, helping to fund vital services and drive lasting social change.
While the polo was thrilling, the true victory lay off the pitch, in the significant funds raised for causes that touch countless lives. The Forward Trust was honoured to be one of this year’s ten beneficiaries, alongside other respected charities such as Child Bereavement UK, Anna Freud Centre, and British Red Cross.
Our Chair of Trustees, Tony Adams, attended the event, proudly representing The Forward Trust community. His presence reaffirmed our mission to help individuals break the cycles of addiction, crime, and disadvantage.
Speaking on the day, Tony said:
“Last year, we served around 30,000 people at The Forward Trust. We’re grateful for the donation, as we can use it to fund services for those individuals to help them get back on their feet.”
The funds received from the Polo Cup will support our programmes across the UK — from residential rehabilitation and prison-based services to employment support and skills training. Every pound helps us provide individuals with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to build brighter futures.
From all of us at The Forward Trust, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Their Royal Highnesses, the event organisers, sponsors, and supporters. Your belief in our mission makes our work possible, and together, we will continue to transform lives.
