HMP Wandsworth

Wandsworth is the largest prison located in London housing local male prisoners.

Forward delivers substance misuse programmes at the prison including:

Case management – Talking interventions provided by a keyworker/counsellor, such as relapse prevention and motivational enhancement. Can be delivered in either a group or one-to-one environment.

Stepping Stones programme – Medium intensity, part-time rolling programme, run over four weeks and consisting of 20 sessions. Designed to meet the needs of offenders who misuse drugs and/or alcohol who are serving short sentences or are on remand.

Living Safely programme - A menu of workshops offered to clients engaging with Forward integrated services, aimed at minimising drug and alcohol-related harm, providing safe coping and emotional management skills.

Substance Dependence Treatment Programme (SDTP) - An intensive, full-time, abstinence-based 12-Ste offender behaviour programme, aimed at medium-high risk offenders with a history of drug dependence.
