We deliver high-quality employability and vocational training programmes that respond to the needs and aspirations the people we work with – learners, job-seekers and employers.



Across all our programmes and contracts, dedicated Employment Coaches offer intensive one-to-one and group support. This includes:

Accredited training and qualifications

Interview practice

In-work support whilst in a job or apprenticeship.

All our Trainers have relevant occupational experience and deliver training courses and programmes that are funded by the ESFA and devolved authorities.

Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System

We are delivering Information, Advice and Guidance contracts at the following prisons, Hertfordshire, Essex and Sussex group (HMP Highpoint, Chelmsford, The Mount, Hollesley Bay and Warren Hill), HMPYOI Aylesbury and HMP Belmarsh (London).



Job Centre Plus DPS

We provide employability support to help unemployed clients into work experience, job roles and apprenticeships. We are delivering the Job Centre Plus (JCP) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) contracts in London and the South East through Category 4 and the Routeways.



Education Skills Funding Agency European Social Fund (ESF):

We are delivering the employability and skills programme for 16-24 year olds who are not in education, employment or training in North and East London (through our partner Dimensions Training Solutions). This programme aims to support young people into sustained employment, education or training (EET) for 6 months and is part funded by the European Social Fund.



Brent Bright Futures

In partnership with Brent Council, we are delivering an innovative programme supporting ex-offenders into jobs or apprenticeships through intensive employment coaching.



Adult Education Budget (London)

We are delivering the AEB for 19+ unemployed learners in London and delivering qualifications in employability, customer service and functional skills. This is through our partner London South East Colleges.



Self employment and entrepreneur support

We are providing Enterprise Coach support on a one to one, virtual, workshop basis for people from an ex-offender, substance misuse and unemployed background who wish to set up their own business. We also run our own Enterprise Club and the Forward Enterprise Fund



Espresso Futures

Delivered in partnership with Redemption Roasters, our programme offers 16-21 year olds who are not in education, employment or training (including those at risk of offending or ex-offenders) employability training and Barista training (through Redemption Roasters), and supports them into a job or apprenticeship. In London, Espresso Futures is supported by the Mayor of London Young Londoners Fund, with additional funding from the Rothschild Foundation for 16-24 year olds in prison in London and Buckinghamshire.



Apprenticeships training

From 2020, we will be delivering Apprenticeships Training (Standards) to a range of levy paying employers.
