My experience with Forward’s Employment Services was really positive. I did the customer service course, which was great: it enabled me to step out of my comfort zone and develop lots of new skills.

The mentoring I had was also amazing, in particular the support I received from my employment coach, Kate. After completing the course, she helped me to find a traineeship with Google Academy, which I completed back just before the lockdown.
